Filcon Scraper Conveyors
Filcon Scraper Conveyors are designed to handle fine chips of metals like cast iron, aluminium and steel. These conveyors can handle volume of coolant and chips. By removing heavy sludge, the scraper conveyor acts as a primary filter. The body is fabricated in steel with reinforcements and extra heavy duty guide rails for smooth movement of rollers. The scrapers are mounted on the chain, when the chain is moved by a geared motor, the scraper blades continuously scrape the chips from the trough and carry them to the discharge end. The conveyors can be manufactured according to specific requirement with integral coolant tank and pumps. Also integrated systems with filtration units, high pressure coolant systems are available.
