Paper Band Cum Magnetic Coolant Filters
Filcon Paper Band coolant filters are fabricated in best quality steel. The entire Paper Band unit is mounted on a coolant tank with a pump to supply filtered coolant to the machine. This paper band filter has a specially designed endless wire mesh conveyor on which filter paper is spread. A geared motor moves the wire mesh conveyor. The movement of filter paper which is spread over the wire mesh conveyor is controlled by a uniquely designed float switch. The contaminated coolant is first passed through the magnetic filter which separates the ferrous particles. The coolant further passes through the filter paper by gravity where all nonferrous particles are filtered. When the filter paper gets clogged by contaminates the coolant level rises and actuates the float switch, which in-turn moves the wire mesh conveyor and pulls fresh filter paper from the roll automatically. When the level of the coolant goes down the float switch stops the geared motor. Paper Band Filters are suitable for all types of Grinding Machines, Honing Machines, Machining Centers and Rolling Mills etc. Paper Band Filters are available from 30LPM to 2500LPM capacities
