Hinged Steel Belt Conveyors
Filcon Hinged Steel Belt Conveyors are designed to handle large volume of chips generated in CNC Turning Machines, CNC Machining Centers, Multispindle Automats and SPMS. These are the most versatile type of conveyors, which can handle almost any kind of chips. They are robustly designed considering the hazards that are normally encountered during handling heavy swarfs. The body is fabricated in steel with reinforcements and extra heavy duty guide rails are provided for smooth movements of rollers. The hinge slats are pressed in extra heavy duty steel sheet with minimum gap between them. Side guards are provided on both the sides of the hinged slats to protect the moving rollers from interference of chips. Aprons are welded at regular intervals to ensure positive carrying of chips. Conveyors with integrated coolant tank and pumps can also be manufactured.
